ROC Angels Local Branches are small local projects that will have a local steering group and bank account but operate within the ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) charity and insurance. Each year the local branches submit a balance sheet of accounts to ROC Angels along with bank statements as part of an internal audit of the local branch finances.
