Angels at Leeds Festival! We had an amazing time at Leeds Festival! A partnership between Festival Republic and the local village of Thorner meant that we had a fantastic site for our Prayer Tent. Nearly 30 volunteers from local churches, Leeds city centre Street Angels and a few others from across Yorkshire came together to serve tea & coffee, offer support & listening ears, and be a place where people could ask for prayer and be prayed for. Highlights include a 5am game of hide and seek, some very deep & meaningful conversations about life, faith, God, the universe & the hospitality of Rev Andy Nicholson who organized us & let us crash at his house & use his shower! Praise God for an incredible team, for all the ways we were able to show his love, and do pray for the people with whom we had great chats, that God would continue to be revealing his love to them.
