The objectives of the campaign are: To increase awareness amongst parents of the full extent of risks and risky behaviours associated with children drinking alcohol To support parents to have well informed conversations with their children about the risks of alcohol, so they can develop a sensible relationship with alcohol later in life as they grow up The first webinar, in conjunction with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, will be on 27th November from 1:30-2:30pm where Dr Tim Ubhi, Consultant Paediatrician, will present the risks associated with underage drinking and answer parents’ questions on the issue. The second webinar, in conjunction with Family Lives, will be on 10th December from 12:30-1:30pm and Suzie Hayman, Parenting Expert, will discuss how to address the issue of alcohol with your child and how to have effective conversations with them about the risks associated with underage drinking.
