KEY 103 has kick started its Operation ‘Street Angels’ by meeting some of the dozens of volunteers who have signed up to the scheme. We launched our campaign in the light of a number of young deaths following nights out in the City Centre. The Street Angels Charity already operates in 125 towns and cities across the Country and we’ve made it our mission to set up a team in Manchester.
