Paul and Jean Blakey spent a weekend in Whitehaven meeting the volunteers of Haven Saints. The eleven volunteers have patrolled the town centre since October on Saturday nights and are just about to extend to cover Friday and Saturday's. They have the support of the Police and they are looking at how the project would work in neighbouring towns. Paul later joined Anita, who set up Haven Saints, and volunteers on patrol in Whitehaven centre. Paul and Jean also spent time with Gavin Rushton who heads up Ignite Youth Work in the Anglican Calerd Deanery.
